How can we help?

Guides for hosts, admins and clients, and a real person at the other end of support@menntora.com.

Common questions

Answers for hosts and clients.

Zoom recording sync setup and troubleshooting (coming for enabled pilot users).

Do clients need to install anything to join?

No. Clients open the link in a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) on a computer or phone, check their camera and microphone, read the one-line recording notice and press Join.

What if a client does not agree to the recording?

They do not join. Client video calls are always recorded, and pressing Join is the agreement, so nobody has to remember to press record. If a client declines the meeting invite itself, your calendar shows it, like any meeting. Coaching sessions with your own team can be set not to record. Phone and in-person bookings are not recorded.

How do I sign in?

With your Google Workspace or Microsoft work account. Menntora has no passwords of its own. Personal Gmail or Outlook.com accounts are not accepted, because everyone signing in must belong to a firm.

The host dropped out. What do clients see?

A countdown. If the host is not back within two minutes the call ends for everyone, so nobody is left waiting in an empty room. The host can rejoin from their own link before then.

How long are recordings kept?

Audio recordings are deleted after 30 days. Transcripts and meeting notes stay with the meeting in Menntora. Audio is stored in Sydney, Australia; transcripts and notes in the United States (Oregon).

Does Menntora send email from my mailbox?

Meeting invites go from your own calendar, like any meeting you set up, so moves, cancellations and replies show up there. Notes, tasks and reminders never come from your mailbox. Menntora sends them from its own address, clearly labelled: the host gets the notes and their own tasks, and every other task goes to the host's support person, with the host copied.

Something went wrong after a call. Where do I look?

Each meeting in your dashboard shows every step after the call: recorded, transcribed, notes written, emails sent. If a step fails, it says why. If it is still not clear, email us the meeting code.

When you write to us, send the meeting code, not the client's name. The code lets us find the meeting; names should never travel in email. Support hours are business hours, Sydney time.
