What is a host seat?

A host is someone who runs client calls and has a booking page. On Team and Enterprise, each host includes one free support person, who signs in to see the tasks handed to them. Extra support people are AUD 15 a month. People who only receive task emails need no seat.

Is GST included?

No. Prices are in Australian dollars, without GST. Australian customers pay GST on top. Customers outside Australia are billed in AUD without GST.

Can I try Menntora now?

Menntora is in trial with its first customer. Register interest for first access. The 14-day trial needs no card and no commitment.

Can I change plan or add people later?

Yes. When online sign-up opens, you will be able to add or remove people and change plan from your billing page.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and get two months free on any tier. Enterprise can be invoiced annually.

How do support seats work?

On Team and Enterprise, each host comes with one free support seat: a person who signs in to see and complete the tasks handed to them and read the calls behind them. Extra support seats are AUD 15 each per month. On Enterprise, support staff can also host client calls. People who only get task emails need no seat. Solo has no support seats. Coming later for support seats: call reviews, video guides and a phone-call booking page.

What is founding-customer pricing?

The first ten teams that register for first access lock the founding prices (Solo 39, Team 69, Enterprise from 119 AUD per host per month) for 24 months from the day their paid plan starts. Founding teams can also pay yearly and get two months free (Solo 390, Team 690, Enterprise from 1,190 AUD per host per year). After 24 months the list price applies.

Where is my data stored?

Audio recordings are stored in Sydney, Australia and transcribed in Microsoft's Australia East region. Transcripts, summaries and meeting records are kept in our application database, currently hosted in the United States (Oregon).
