Getting started
Set up in an afternoon.
Menntora is being tested by its first customer. These are the steps for first-access teams. Start with the call you run most.
Register interest
Tell us about your team, how many people run client calls and which calendar you use. We reply within one business day. The person who creates your firm in Menntora becomes its owner.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Use your work account. If your firm uses Microsoft 365, an admin approves Menntora once, so your team can sign in and Menntora can add meetings to your calendars.
Your firm's look
Add your firm's name, colour and logo. They appear on calls, booking pages and Menntora's emails.
Invite your team
Invite people by email, or let anyone with your firm's email address join. Give each person their work: Sales (runs client calls), Support (does the follow-up tasks) or Leader (runs coaching).
Pick each host's support person
Tasks a host does not keep for themselves go to their support person. On Team and Enterprise, one support seat per host is free.
Check your meeting types
"Discovery call", "Annual review", whatever you run most. Each type has its own notes format.
Connect your calendar
Your booking page needs it to show your free times, and invites then come from your own calendar.
Run the first call
Make the meeting in Menntora with your client's email, and your calendar sends them the invite. After the call, read the transcript and notes, and check your support person got their tasks.
Before your first client call
Do a test call with a colleague.
Two people, five minutes, one of them on a phone using mobile data. Each say a few sentences, then end the call. A few minutes later you should see the recording, a transcript with both names, and the notes. If anything is missing, the meeting page says why.
Checklist
- Both people saw the recording notice and pressed Join
- Video and sound both ways, and screen sharing works
- The transcript shows the right name on each line
- The host got the notes by email, and their support person got the tasks
