Terms of service
The agreement between Victor Delta Kilo and customers using Menntora.
1. The service
Menntora provides browser-based video meetings with consent-gated recording, transcription, structured summaries, assignment notifications, coaching tools, process guides and booking pages, as described on this website and in the customer's plan.
2. Accounts and seats
A workspace is created by an owner who signs in with an organisational Google Workspace or Microsoft account. Host seats are billed per month; support seats are free. The owner is responsible for who is invited.
3. Recording consent
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of recording conversations in its jurisdiction and for the accuracy of its consent wording. Menntora presents the consent notice to every guest and logs acceptance with the notice version. A guest who declines cannot join.
4. Fees, trial and cancellation
Fees are in Australian dollars, ex GST, billed monthly per host seat through Stripe. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. The customer may cancel at any time from the customer portal; service continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Data
Recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to the customer. Menntora processes them only to provide the service, keeps audio recordings in Sydney, Australia, deletes audio after the retention period, and never sends email from a customer's mailbox. See the privacy policy and the security page.
6. Acceptable use
The customer will not use Menntora to record people without consent, to harass, or to break the law, and will keep host sign-in credentials with the people they belong to.
7. Availability and support
Menntora is provided with reasonable care and skill. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support is by email during business hours, Sydney time.
8. Liability
To be drafted by our lawyer, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
9. Governing law
To be confirmed with the entity's jurisdiction.
