About
Built by a team replacing its own Zoom and Calendly.
Menntora started as an internal tool for an Australian based mortgage broking business that was tired of paying for four products that did not talk to each other, and of AI summaries that missed what mattered in a client conversation.
The name
Mentor, and mennta.
Mennta is the Icelandic verb "to educate". A mentor is the senior person who sits beside you after the call. Menntora is both: the tool that keeps the record, and the way the record teaches the next person.
The logo is a lowercase m drawn as two arches, two people side by side, with a dot for the person at the centre of every conversation: the client.

What we believe
Three things we will not trade away.
Consent is not a checkbox
If a client does not want to be recorded, the meeting does not happen on Menntora. That costs us some meetings. It is the right trade.
Software prepares, people decide
Notes and tasks go to your own team first. Nothing about the advice reaches your client unless a person sends it.
Only the necessary features
No chat, no whiteboards, no breakout rooms. The sales conversation and what it is for. Every feature has to earn its place.

We are onboarding a small number of teams while the first customer's trial runs.
